Identify what has failed
A cracked pane, persistent fog between panes and a damaged frame are separate issues. Surface condensation does not by itself prove that the glass unit has failed. Record where the moisture appears and whether the frame remains straight and the panel operates normally.
Compare glass work with full replacement
